O Penedés (Spain) made with the grape varieties Xarel-lo, Monastrell, Parellada and Macabeo. Crianza This Sparkling Rosé Wine De Nit is aged on lees for a minimum of 18 months.

It also uses certified organic cane sugar for the tirage liqueur.

Production: This sparkling wine comes from an organic and biodynamic vineyard where the vines are trained in goblet and double royal trellis.

Compost is also used to prepare biodynamic products and green manure.

Once the bunches enter the winery, they go through a low-pressure pneumatic press.

The Macabeo and Parellada grapes are pressed separately, while the Xarel·lo and Monastrell grapes are pressed together.

It then undergoes static desludging at low temperatures.

Finally, it undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks by variety in different tanks with indigenous yeasts in the vineyard.
