Harveys Oloroso - Sherry Premium Range A very structured and intense wine, made with 100% Palomino grapes selected from the Pago de Macharnudo (Jerez Superior).
This is one of the wines in Harveys' Premium Range whose Solera was established in 1918.
Our recommendation: Consumption time: ideal as an appetizer or during meals.
Also perfect for cocktails, its versatility and surprising flavor.
Serving temperature: consume chilled, between 12-15ºC.
Recommended storage: store the bottle in a cool place (15 - 17ºC) and in an upright position.
Once opened, keep refrigerated.
Pairing: perfect with semi-cured cheeses, marinated fish, game and red meats.
