Lustau Manzanilla Papirusa wine is a fortified wine made 100% with Palomino Fino grapes.
This chamomile has aged under a veil of flor, following the Solera and Criaderas system in the Sanlúcar de Barrameda area, with aging under the characteristic humid microclimate conditions of the mouth of the Guadalquivir River.
Among the accolades this chamomile has received are 92P Parker and 94P Guía Peñín.
It is recommended to consume this chamomile at a temperature of 7 to 9º.
