Gramona Mart Rosé Wine is a wine made with 100% Xarello Vermell grapes from biodynamic farming and certified winemaking with the DEMETER seal.
Production: The mother estate of this wine is Les Solanes, a family estate with an area of 2 hectares of xarello with very particular calcareous clay soils.
Its production involves a manual harvest, which took place on August 5th, flower day according to the biodynamic calendar.
The grapes are cold macerated for 48 hours to achieve an aromatic extraction and a light pink color.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.
The result is a refreshing, lively and delicate wine with marked aromas of Mediterranean fruits and herbs touched by our terroir.
Bottled on November 12, 2019, fruit day according to the biodynamic calendar.
