Álvarez Alfaro Las Pelayas Red Wine is a sophisticated and balanced expression of the Rioja Designation of Origin, made with 100% Tempranillo grapes from vineyards located in the heart of Eastern Rioja.

This wine begins with a meticulous selection of grapes at their optimal point of ripeness, guaranteeing the highest quality from the vineyard.
After vinification, the wine remains in tanks for 6 months with its lees, which gives it greater unctuousness and complexity.
Subsequently, it undergoes an 18-month aging process in new French oak barrels, where it acquires depth and balance through semi-annual racking.
To fully appreciate its qualities, it is recommended to serve it at a temperature between 16º and 18ºC.
