Subsequently, a 7-day post-fermentation maceration is carried out, reaching a total of 22 days to extract the maximum color, tannins and varietal expression.

Malolactic fermentation takes place in 500 and 225 liter French oak barrels, allowing for greater integration of the wood into the wine.

Next, the wine ages for 18 months in barrels: 65% French oak and 35% American oak, with 25% new barrels, providing structure, aromatic complexity and a silky texture.

The result is an elegant wine, with notes of ripe black fruit, spices, balsamic touches and a mineral background that reflects the identity of the terroir.
