CELSUS RED WINE In a small, almost century-old plot of old vines with low yields, Celsus is born, a limited edition wine that is only made in those vintages of extraordinary quality.
The vineyard is located on a very old, pre-phylloxera estate called Camparrón in Morales de Toro.
The variety used is 100% Tinto Fino.
As for aging, it spends 14 months in new, fine-grained French oak barrels. TASTING NOTES CELSUS RED WINE Appearance: Cherry color with a garnet rim, very intense.
Nose: Aromas of ripe fruit, powerful, toasty, with chocolate and mineral notes.
Mouth: It is tasty and fleshy, with good unctuousness and marked spices.
Mature tannin.
Persistent.
