Cyan Tinta de Toro Red Wine is an organic red wine made from 100% Tinta de Toro grapes. It comes from a large vineyard, which benefited from a slightly late budding due to the rainy weather in April, and was subsequently ripened in the intense heat and drought.
The vineyard is located in the westernmost part of the Toro Designation of Origin, characterized by sandy soils with limestone outcrops, where vineyards with excellent characteristics for the production of Cyan Roble wine are cultivated.
The process lasted 10 to 14 days in stainless steel tanks.
In addition to 6 months in French and American oak barrels of medium toast and with a 6-month stay in the bottle.
