O Uclés is produced by the Fontana wineries, a family winery with more than thirty years of experience and tradition in the wine sector, its production is focused on wines, always aged in oak barrels, with Tempranillo as the base and the contribution of other varietals (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah).
It is a wine made with the Tempranillo grape variety 80% and the Syrah grape variety 20%.
This wine is aged in American oak barrels for 4 months before bottling. The ideal serving temperature for this wine is between 17 and 18ºC.
Alcohol content: 14% vol.
