The 2015 harvest was characterized by a dry winter and a warm summer that resulted in a good balance in the development of the vineyard.

From the end of July, the veraison of the earliest variety, Tempranillo, begins, while the Cabernet Sauvignon variety changes its color in mid-August.

The harvest was carried out very slowly, and each variety was picked at its optimal ripeness. The cool summer temperatures allowed the cycle to balance, resulting in grapes with concentrated ripeness and a tendency towards stewed aromas, which will serve as the raw material for approachable wines with sweet tannins, a pleasant aftertaste, and excellent aging potential.

It has an alcohol content of 14%.

This wine has a total acidity of 5.7 and a volatile acidity of 0.46.
