Gandarada Red Wine is made with selected grapes from Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro and Tinta Roriz, three noble Portuguese varieties that provide structure, fruit and complexity.
The harvest is done manually, ensuring the care of the fruit from the vineyard.

The region's climate is Mediterranean, with Atlantic influences that favor a slow and balanced ripening.
Clay soils help maintain the freshness and structure of the wine, producing long-lived red wines with good natural acidity.
During winemaking, the must undergoes a 2-day cold skin contact, followed by a 5-day fermentation with gentle maceration and temperature control at 23°C.
This process allows the maximum aromatic and tannic potential of the grapes to be extracted, without losing elegance.
Once malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine ages for 3 months in used barrels, adding subtle wood nuances, roundness and greater complexity.
In the glass, Gandarada Red Wine displays a bright ruby red color, with aromas of black fruits, spices and floral notes.
On the palate it is round, balanced and with good persistence, ideal for pairing with red meats, aged cheeses or game dishes.
