When the guard realized the animal was missing, he went out to look for it. When he found it, it was lying in the pools of the stream that runs through the valley, covered in mud.

Believing her to be dead, he shook her, and to his great astonishment, she got up with great ease and without any symptoms of illness.

The news spread among the inhabitants and nearby villages began to use the waters of the ponds to bathe all kinds of sick animals; they all recovered. The healing powers of the waters were evident, and later they not only cured their animals, but many people were also cured with these waters.

The grape harvest for winemaking is done manually, with rigorous selection in the vineyard and winery.
