From the prestigious Paraje Altamira, in the Uco Valley (Mendoza), this wine is born in calcareous and alluvial soils that provide a marked mineral identity and an elegant and deep structure.
Made with 100% Malbec grapes, hand-harvested to guarantee quality from the vineyard, its fermentation process takes place in cement tanks and is subsequently aged for 24 months in first, second and third use French oak barrels.
In addition, it undergoes a 6-month bottle aging process before its release to the market, refining its character and complexity.
