Sandy-loam and stony soil profiles guarantee high acidity and great expression of fresh fruit.
Hand-harvested from our 40 and 60-year-old vineyards, a selection of each bunch in the winery guarantees a perfect maceration and alcoholic fermentation that expresses all the fruity power of the century-old Tinta de Toro.
For 26 to 28 days, precise control of extraction and temperatures defines the aromatic intensity and the roundness of its tannins, which are perfectly integrated for 12 months in French oak barrels.
