Legaris Páramos Red Wine from Bodegas Legaris belongs to the D.
O Ribera del Duero, made with 100% Tinto Fino grapes.
Páramos de Legaris is a commitment to the value of origin and the authenticity of the terroirs of the Ribera del Duero.
The wine is the result of Tinto Fino vineyards cultivated at 900 m above sea level in three moorlands characterized by their stony soils and located in the villages of Moradillo de Roa, Peñafiel and Pesquera de Duero.
The result is a wine that conveys maximum expressiveness and varietal character.

Winemaking: The grapes are quickly moved to the winery to preserve their qualities.
The whole bunch is then placed in stainless steel tanks, where the different origins of the grapes are consumed separately.
A cold pre-fermentation maceration (10ºC) was carried out for 3-4 days to extract the aromas and color, after a gradual increase in temperature.
The vines begin alcoholic fermentation naturally and, to express the typicity of our different terroirs, they are fermented with their own native yeasts.
It is recommended to decant this wine for a better appreciation and expression of its organoleptic qualities.
The recommended consumption temperature is 16 ºC.
It is a wine to be tasted and drunk, although it may be favorably evaluated in the next 3-5 years.
