Technical direction is overseen by Dominique Roujou de Boubée. The vineyards are located at Finca Perales, in Mérida, which boasts a unique terroir characterized by its soil, subsoil, vegetation, the Extremadura climate, and the influence of human intervention. This wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and 9% of its aging in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Serve this wine at 16°C; decanting an hour before serving is recommended.
