The grape variety used is 100% Garnacha.
The production of this wine is carried out in several stages.
First comes the grape harvest, which takes place at night.
After destemming and crushing the grapes.
Later, the prefermentative maceration for 6 days at 10ºC.
And finally, fermentation up to 25ºC with two daily pump-overs.
It is recommended to drink this Monte Odina Garnacha Red Wine between 16º-18ºC.
Alcohol content: 15%. As for pairing, this wine is ideal for red meats, roasts and stews.
TASTING NOTE: In appearance; it boasts a cherry red color and a violet rim with a crystalline appearance.
On the nose; you can perceive intense and clean aromas with hints of flowers and rosemary.
On the palate; it is a complex and elegant wine.
On the palate, you can notice black fruits like blackberry and hints of toast and coffee.
