An unusual blend that takes its fleshy mouth from Syrah, its aroma from Tempranillo, its rusticity from Petit Verdot, and its structure from Cabernet Sauvignon.
The vineyards for the production of this Mernat wine are located in Los Yébenes and have an area of 3.5ha.
of gravel and clay soil at an altitude of 850m above sea level with slopes of 25%.
The harvest is done at night so that the grapes arrive in the best condition at the winery where a manual selection and destemming of the grapes is carried out, to later carry out the wine fermentation of the varieties separately in stainless steel tanks and the malolactic fermentation in old concrete amphorae.
Subsequently, the wine is transferred to French oak barrels to begin its aging process, where it remains for 12 months.
