PITTACUM RED WINE Pittacum red wine is made with 100% Mencia grape variety, from old vines with sloping, well-drained, deep and fertile soils.
This wine belongs to the D.
O Bierzo.
Once harvested, the grapes are placed in boxes and selected bunch by bunch on a sorting table, where only the best ones are kept.
This wine is aged in barrels for 8 months, then bottled and undergoes another long aging process for 2 more years.
