It belongs to the Pagos Del Mocayo winery and has a D.

It was harvested manually in mid-September.
The destemmed grapes underwent a pre-fermentation maceration for 5 days.
Then maceration and fermentation took place simultaneously for 4 days, during which the grapes were trodden in the morning and afternoon.
The alcoholic fermentation finished in the barrels and gave way to the malolactic fermentation carried out in the same barrels.
Alcohol: 14.5%.
Serving temperature: Serve between 14 and 16ºC.
