Mallorca, made from the grape varieties 43% Callet, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and 17% Syrah.

In Mallorcan, “trispol” is the soil, one of the necessary elements to undertake a project such as wine production.

Trispol Red Wine is body, structure, a close way of connecting with Mother Earth, the one who gives us life and wine.

Winemaking: Separate fermentation of the different types of grapes and post-fermentation maceration according to the varieties.

Once decanted, malolactic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks and then they were assembled for the aging period (12 months) in 5000 liter vats and 225 French oak barrels.

Mesquida Mora Vineyards: Mesquida Mora is a small, human-scale winery with a manageable and controllable vineyard area that allows us to know every inch of land cultivated biodynamically.

The winery's viticultural puzzle consists of eight plots that are between 3 and 65 years old.

Certified by the Consell Balear d'Agricultura Ecològica, these vineyards are planted on calcareous, clay and red soils.

They all create a varietal mosaic where the first examples of foreign varieties planted in Mallorca coexist with the native Mallorcan varieties.

With the aim of bequeathing fertile and rich soils to future generations, the vineyards are managed based on dialogue with nature: cover crops are sown, compost and biodynamic preparations are applied, and infusions of medicinal plants are used; these actions help to achieve grapes of optimal quality, an expression of the soil-climate-variety triangle.
