For the creators of this whisky, Signal Hill represents adventure, but also longevity and innovation, and they wanted to convey these three elements in their product.
Two cereals form the basis of the mixture: corn, distilled twice in a double still, and barley, distilled once in a classic still.
Next, they are matured in white oak barrels and blended with pure Newfoundland water, which increases the quality of the whisky.
